Returns/Exchange Policy

If you would like to exchange or return an unused product, please follow these steps:

a. Send an email to shantihastkala@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product, stating your exchange or refund request and providing the order details.

b. We will respond to your email with instructions on how to proceed with the exchange, including the return address for the product.

c. Pack the unused product securely and return it to us by courier at your expense. Make sure to include the original packaging, tags, and any accompanying materials.

d. Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate the exchange process.

 

Please note the following conditions for exchanges:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and free from any damage.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, we may offer an alternative or provide a refund.

• The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product for exchange.

 

Order Cancellation is permitted:

• If the product is defective, damaged, or not as described.

• If the desired product for exchange is out of stock and an alternative cannot be provided.

• If we are unable to fulfill the order for any reason.

 

You have the option to cancel your order at any time before the product is dispatched. To cancel your order, please contact us at shantihastkala@gmail.com as soon as possible, providing your order details. If the product has already been dispatched, the cancellation request will be treated as a return and subject to the conditions outlined above.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within a reasonable time after receiving the returned product. The refund will be issued using the original payment method or through an alternative method agreed upon between the customer and shantihastkala.org.
